but the fun does not stop!

The interesection of Liberty and Water is now closed.
Parking for Rhythm Kitchen, Illinois Antique Center,
Academy of Fretted Instruments, Simantel,
and Music Together can be accessed by
coming down Harrison Street.

Saturday morning parking for the RiverFront Market
is available by coming down Harrison Street and
turing Right.  Please park under the Bob Michel Bridge.
A free shuttle is available!

   
 
The current construction project will raise Water Street to the highest flood level on record.  At the Main Street instersection (shown above), the street will be raised 4 feet above its current level. 
Check out the new manhole which shows the increase in elevation!
Once complete... NO MORE FLOODING!

FREE PARKING ~ RIVERFRONT LOTS

Free 2-hour parking is available at both RiverFront Village and the lot directly across from the Illinois Antique Center.  Visit Peoria's beautiful RiverFront any day of the week and enjoy lunch and shopping with no cost to park.  Parking meters are available for those wishing to stay longer than 2 hours.  And of course, parking after 5:00 p.m. 
and on weekends is always FREE!

So stop by, have lunch at one of the great restaurants overlooking the river, browse the Illinois Antique Center or take a cruise on the Spirit of Peoria.  There is a wide variety of live music and entertainment
every weekend!
